“Hey, your dryer bar sucks.”
Haven’t updated in forever and I make my return by talking about laundry.
Bounce has a new site up promoting their Bounce Dyer Bar. Instead of putting in a dryer sheet, you’re supposed to attach the bar to the wall of your dryer, and it’ll stick and function for 2 months.
Now for most new products, you can hit up Amazon or consumer reports or any website that happens to review that kind of product. But Bounce has invited people to write reviews write on their promotional site.
And honestly, most of the reviews are negative. Or half and half. “Works great, but then it broke.” I think it’s an interesting step and probably only a smart move if a company is really confident in their product. In Bounce’s case, I think they should’ve done more testing before releasing. Now, I know the good and the bad, thanks to the Bounce company itself, and on top of that, because of the reviews, I have no intention of buying the product.
There is obviously a lot to learn. There are some good points here.
